2008 Chrysler 300 ReviewInnovation and convenience in one tight package – one of many possible descriptions for the new 2008 Chrysler 300.  Impressive new features include the available remote start, which requires only the push of a button to start the engine before even entering the car, and the system works from up to 30 feet away.  There’s also an electronic stability program, which helps the driver maintain control by monitoring to determine typical vehicle behavior.  If the vehicle goes off course, ESP works to get it back on track.

The 300’s adaptive cruise control tracks vehicles up to 328 feet ahead.  Once the cruise speed is set, the ACC adjusts speed as traffic flow changes.

This model brings glamour, athleticism and substance to the forefront.  Features like its Intelligent Headlamps, which blaze the road with full power high beams when no traffic flow is on the road, add to the sleek appearance of the 300.  Taking a look inside, the 300 boasts new large gauges that offer style while still providing concise information.

Infotainment – an asset in the audio department, includes navigation, single- or six-CD player radio and surround sound system.  The Infotainment system also has a 20-gigabyte hard drive that can be used for music downloads.

Safety is a high priority as well in the 300.  This Chrysler includes advanced airbags that come standard, front, rear and side curtain airbags.  Too, self-sealing tires avoid a flat by using a special sealant.

The 300 is forceful as well, with 178-horse power and a V6 engine to give sufficient “go.”

Chrysler’s 2008 300 is a car of its own kind, combining technology and safety, making it one of the most appealing Chrysler models this year.
