The new 2008 Mercedes-Benz GL320 CDI SUV had an impressive muscular stance, and that is coupled with its high-performance engine and features offering safety and convenience. This model’s V6 diesel engine generates 215-horse power, and the diesel fuel requirement guarantees savings at the pump. It gets 24 mpg on the highway, impressive for an SUV.
This ride also has a one-button off-road button that allows the driver to simultaneously engage programming recalibrations of the traction system, anti-lock brakes, engine management and automatic transmission, which is designed to enhance control in conditions typical of off-road driving. There’s also downhill speed regulation and hill-start assist, along with Electronic Traction and Electronic Stability, add security to the off-road driving experience or even in hazardous road conditions.
The ‘08 GL320 is sleek, yet sporty, and couldn’t be so without its exterior features. There’s also a tunnel mode, which offers one-touch closing of all windows, the sunroof and cabin air intake using an air circulation button.
Tele Aid is included, making it hard for this model to be stolen. The system uses GPS-based Stolen Vehicle Recovery that helps law enforcement recover the vehicle if stolen, and also alerts Mercedes-Benz to contact the car’s owner if the alarm sounds.
