The 2008 Lincoln Town Car is said to have a signature of success associated with it, and its design goes along with that description with many points. It has All-Speed Traction Control, which helps improve traction on loose or slippery roads by using a mix of brake and engine inputs to reduce wheelspin, adding security to the mix of many assets owned by this model.

The ‘08 Town Car’s V8 engine generates 239-horse power, four-speed electronic automatic transmission and 287 lb-ft of torque and provides smooth acceleration. There’s dual exhaust, so the power will be felt more than heard. This Lincoln gets an estimated 25 mpg on the highway.

Features contributing to the suave appearance of the new Town Car include quad-beam halogen headlamps or HID headlamps for even more illumination, an available power moonroof and 17-inch, 12-spoke machined aluminum wheels, which are standard with this model.

Interior comfort is provided with glove-soft leather trim and satin-nickel accents. For those desiring a roomier ride, there’s an available Signature L option that allows for six more inches of space than the other Town Car models. Front seats are heated and cooled at two temperature settings, and there’s also dual-zone electronic temperature control.

Features like Rear Park Assist, which uses ultrasonic sensors mounted in the rear bumper to alert of objects within 16 feet of the vehicle, shows the Town Car has come a long way in the technology department.

Lincoln’s 2008 Town Car is a combination of advancement, safety and reliability, making it likely to be a must-have for this year’s shoppers.

The 2008 Lincoln MKZ is both innovative and reliable, with several features offering safety and convenience. An impressive new feature is the remote keyless entry, which allows the driver to unlock the doors from up to 33 feet away. There’s also a keyless entry keypad that includes functions such as opening the doors and trunk, and activate or deactivate the autolock system.

As the ‘08 MKZ is a high value, it must be protected. Lincoln accomplishes that feat with its anti-theft system, which prevents the engine from being started without the coded key. If the special key is not used, the engine will be immobilized, making it hard for this model to be stolen.

Adding to safety are many standard features, including six standard airbags, and a Safety Cage using high-grade steel frame rails that protect passengers and the driver in the case of an accident. If an accident happens, the rails crumple to absorb impact, diverting energy away from the MKZ’s occupants.

It will be hard to get lost while on a jaunt in the MKZ. Its DVD-based navigation system with GPS can find destinations, shorter routes, and can reroute the vehicle if a turn is missed.

This Lincoln is said to have an energetic design, and the sleek body boasts and assertive stance while its chrome grille and exterior lines create an appearance of constant movement. Other features adding to the look include a power moonroof, standard 17-inch, painted aluminum wheels and HID headlamps that provide additional illumination.

Lincoln’s 2008 MKZ is secure, reliable and attractive, making it likely to be one of the most appealing models this year.

The 2008 Lincoln Navigator is said to be making a lasting impression, and its redesigned interior may be one of the causes of that attribute. Features like heated and cooled seats at three different levels make it nearly impossible to be uncomfortable while inside this luxury SUV. Also, there’s a “quiet” interior, which uses sound-dampening technology to create a near-silent oasis inside the cabin.

Adding to the practical appearance of the ‘08 Navigator are features like a striking chrome grille, chrome accents and convenient features include power-deployable running boards and power folding heated exterior mirrors.

Style moves to the inside of this Lincoln with chrome door handles and leather and wood-trimmed steering wheel, making the Navigator as impressive inside as it is on the exterior. There’s a Navigator L option, adding length for extra cargo space and a third-row seat.

This model was designed with safety in mind, as it comes standard with dual-stage airbag, enhancing protection for the front passenger and driver. The Navigator also was given a five-star rating by the government for crash testing. Also contributing to safety is Roll Stability Control, featuring a motion sensor to measure the vehicle’s roll-rate 100 times per second, which helps determine when and how the system will apply brakes and modify engine power to avoid a rollover in the event of an accident.

High performance is another asset to the Navigator, as it is equipped with a V8 engine that delivers 300-horse power and 365 lb-foot of torque, and also gets an average 18 mpg on the highway.

Lincoln’s 2008 Navigator is sleek, safe and innovative, and is likely to be on the top seller list this year for Lincoln.
